Day after day we are reviewing the lists of the best albums of the year. Few media are those who have dared to place somewhere special for his influential "The 2nd Law", Muse's latest album that, at least for us has failed to remedy the severe disappointment that we live a couple of years ago on the occasion the release of "the Resistance". Luckily debate LP latter quality has not affected one iota in the great asset that has always treasured Bellamy's band: their live.
Explosions, lasers and monumental infrastructure rays converge day in and day out in the millimeter actions have exalted the British trio over the years. Such is the sensationalism enjoyed his bowling that Muse have used a recent professional recording for making the video for 'Follow Me', their latest single.
While enjoying the video (attached below) we remind you that Muse will be in concert at the Olympic Stadium in Barcelona on June 7, 2013.

Skunk Anansie + The Jezabels in Barcelona
Skunk Anansie + The Jezabels. Pure rock of the nineties supported in a contemporary and alternative rock space weather trends. Succulent dish if ever there was what appeared yesterday in Razzmatazz manners received from one of the 2 × 1 most interesting music scene this November.
The first big dish of the evening wine provided by The Jezabels, undoubtedly one of the most pleasant surprises we have made in these last months in Binaural. "Prisoner" is an album of those golden flatly, in which no filler pieces and in which we discovered a monumental indie rock cutting, sonic trends and voluptuously strong. His live is 3/4 of the same. The character goes dark in there, but with pieces like 'Try Colour' or 'Hurt Me' one appreciates a willingness to sound more raw and ragged that study, leaving aside the more innate ability to create a sound environmental afiladamente. Serious Nik battery Kaloper renosaron around the room while the guitar riffs Sam Lockwood coated sound every pore of a surprise Razzmatazz is left with the stylized show they know baste the Sydney . The best came with 'Endless Summer', a cut pop stratospheric dye which claims to be the greatest hymn Mary Hayley's entourage has done to date.
And finally after nine to the fore the stars of the night. They say comparisons are odious and a priori one could fear that Skunk Anansie themselves would have made things difficult to leave the bar so high with the impeccable concert at this very room last year.
Well, from the initial whiplash "The Skank Heads", Skin and yours came to kill, making it clear that they would pulverize any nostalgic memories with the intensity and delivery now. With a balanced setlist that looked at this with his new album ("I Will Break You", "I Believe in You", "Sad Sad Sad", "I Hope You Get to Meet Your Hero") and alternated with very careful with all the greatest hits that one could imagine (great moments of collective catharsis of "Charlie Big Potato", "Weak", "Secretly" and "Little Baby Swastika"), the icing on the cake was the chemistry between all intact members of the band, and the infallible voice and attitude of a plethoric Skin. A concert at the height of the legend of the band that has what is probably the world's best frontwoman.
Great combination of sensations that we live in one of the hottest nights of this chilly season in Barcelona. With Skunks and The Jezabels, who would have thought we were going to lose out?.

My Bloody Valentine will release their third album ... this year!
21 long years are those that have passed since I was released "Loveless", the second album by My Bloody Valentine. The last two decades have served, among other things, to place as one of the shoegazing total relating to an Irish group who tried to break into the music scene in various stages of its history. The latest came from a reunification that happened in 2007 that brought the band to play at festivals, among which includes our renowned International Benicàssim Festival. Now the newly forming Kevin Shields back in the news thanks to the announcement of the highly anticipated third album by My Bloody Valentine. The best thing about it? That supposedly will release before the end of the year, and that after the launch of the LP will be issued another EP with new material.
This information has been confirmed via an interview with NME, which Shields confessed that this album was going to please the fans. "I think with this record we know the audience will connect with something." - Shields says in the article. "The poor people people who have heard the material - various sound engineers and little else - says the strangest sound experience is enjoyed in the" Loveless ". Personally I do not think so. I think now we have delivered, and the whole picture is 100% necessary. "
We worship distortions 'Come In Alone' or 'Loomer' so this news has sat as a real adrenalin injection to our senses. Over two decades are those that have passed since the release of their second LP. Will My Bloody Valentine exceeded once more? The answer to this question will enjoy, fortunately, in less than the blink of an eye.

Beyonce and Clint Eastwood not work together
Beyoncé does not go in the draft filmmaker Clint Eastwood. Because of his heavy work schedule, the ebony goddess resigned "A Star Is Born."
According to the magazine "Variety", Eastwood must now find a replacement for the interpreter and have thought of the artist Esperanza Spalding.
You must also meet the cast as male lead. Shuffle the names of Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Cruise, Christian Bale, Johnny Depp and Bradley Cooper for the role.
Beyoncé would give life to the character that made Barbra Streisand in the latest version of "A Star Is Born", a young artist who falls in love with an old music icon, a character played in that film by Kris Kristofferson.

Bat For Lashes - Marilyn
It seems that Natasha Khan will headline with names that some of his subjects. After 'Daniel', 'Sarah' and their precious last single - 'Laura', the singer known for his work as head of Bat For Lashes has returned to impact the field of music by 'Marilyn', a new piece of that expected LP - "the Haunted Man" - that the British will go on sale on 23 October. You can hear this song in this post, and download it for free via this link.
In 'Laura' we find a synergy elegant sound established only between the piano melody and the sweet voice of Natasha. Now, in 'Marilyn', the game goes by other jurisdictions. That point is still attractive and minimalist there, but there is a dazzling background keyboard that provides everything a twist to the whole expansive melodic song. You hear the song and think "The Haunted Man" will be fully up to expectations. After "Fur And Gold", "Two Suns" and these two splendid pieces, who will think that it will fail now the artist, who will think that London will fail now? We definitely do not.

Jeff Ament (Pearl Jam) and Joseph Arthur join forces in RDNM
Last
week I read through the new disk Audioinkradio of Pearl Jam, despite
being finalized in about three quarters, remained "in a neutral
pattern." This moment of relaxation that is taking the band is Serving for group members to experiment with various side projects. Examples? The Mike McCready, who has been heavily involved with Mad Season. Or bassist Jeff Ament, who joined Richard Stuverud and Joseph Arthur in a new band called RNDM.
Ament has long been collaborating with drummer Richard Stuverud, so the amazing thing RNDM is the unexpected inclusion in the squad of Joseph Arthur, known songwriter born in Ohio that has earned a reputation for occasional LP as "Redemption's Son "(2002), which included compact that good single titled 'Honey And The Moon'. "Acts" (Monkeywrench Records / RED), which is called as the first disc of this curious trio, will go on sale on October 30 and will feature a total of 12 topics that come included castañazos rock n ' rolleros, profiles very near Pearl Jam ('Throw You To The Pack' or 'Look Out!') and the odd deep soulful touch.
Through the Rolling Stone site and we could hear a preview issue entitled 'Modern Times'. It mainly include serpentine and wavy style Bass Jeff, and that slight psychedelic touch that flows from the synergy produced by the instruments of these three monsters of rock n 'roll.
Season with Mad Mike, Jeff RDNM .... Probably take time for hearing the successor of "Backspacer" by Pearl Jam, but as fun as these proyectillos sure we'll be entertained for a long, long time.

Katie Herzig: camouflaged behind the mask of the versatility
Still can not get clear in my mind when I discovered Katie Herzig. I think it was the middle of last year, when I overheard Trent Dabbs was to share the stage with her at some point. I then did not pay much attention to this jovial blonde, but soon the fate I would intensely enjoy "The Waking Sleep", the fourth studio album by the beautiful singer from Fort Collins (Colorado).
I love the sweet and stylish texture of his compositions, and noise factor that makes the songs is expanded and shrinking with each passing minute. There are many things I love about his work, but above all things that I prefer stylistic versatility takes Katie to be in a different plane from other artists supposedly close. A Madi Diaz recalls moments in others, however, Fiona Apple ("Closest I Get").Until there is some Oh Land and Dia Frampton (Meg & Dia) in them!. The definition in the stem of his sound is so unique that it is hard to find similes beyond a 20 to 25% of what we can find in his latest LP.
This last stage is the period August perfect for "The Waking Sleep". The green leaves still preserve most authentic, but the atmosphere begins to sense a change coming to a more introspective, more melancholy. It is with such great songs as "Closest I Get ',' Make A Noise 'and' Lost & Found 'we breathe the chameleon nature of that point of the year. Now we just have to calm down, have your body in a relaxed and enjoy the ride. Because with Katie traveling with the mind, not the body.

Jack White in Barcelona
The summer is over and nothing better to return to the harsh reality that September bolus enjoy one of the best guitarists of recent times. Jack White.
Razzmatazz was the place we were going to enjoy that bolazo expected. After the odd contrast between the living and the street Almogàvers Sant Jordi Club, the organization opted for a more welcoming but I personally did not like much, as my past experiences in the room had not been entirely satisfactory and would not enjoy Jack White III with a bad sound (as seems so happened in Madrid). Thankfully I was wrong, as the Detroit blew the room to give an unforgettable concert that will remain in the retina and in the ears of those who could enjoy the virtuosity of former The White Stripes, The Dead Weather and The Raconteurs and others.
The evening began with Peggy Sue, the trio of two girls and a boy originating in Brighton and had not desentonaron most songs from their latest LP "Acrobats" (2011) in just over 30 minutes left to set the stage version "Hit the Road Jack" (the great Ray Charles made famous) in what would be an advance Gale to come.
Delayed (perhaps the only criticism of the show), half an hour later than planned and with the uncertainty that would accompany band Jack White (traveling with two bands one male and one female) and himself who decides minutes before go up on stage. Around 22:00 a girl took the microphone and asked in perfect Castilian enjoy the show without grabbing the phone and take pictures with him. A declaration of principles of the vintage look likes White, who is fond of guitar riffs without effects, burn your discs designed to be pressed on vinyl and its composition is based on blues workhorse.
Those chosen were The Peacocks, the six "women" accompanying JW graced the stage and took up positions to the hit "Sixteen Saltines" starting to show Mr. White. With blue dresses and distributed in drums, bass, keyboards, violin, vocals and even a lap steel guitar accompanying the musician is soon to orbit the public. With "Missing Pieces" the concert was going to stop and review their multiple projects with songs like "Blue Blood Blues" by Dead Weather and "Top Yourself" The Raconteurs. As the highlight of the evening reviewing his recent solo debut "Blunderbuss".
With better sound than in Madrid (as I said a fan who went to both) that apasionadora called White followed with songs from his solo album with towering peaks as "Freedom At 21", "Love Interruption" (included with your game sexy showgirl ) and a beautiful sound of keyboards with "Weep Themselves To Sleep" and "I Guess I Should Go To Sleep" where maybe you could see the only flaw in the sound that bothered himself Jack (perfectionist by nature).
There was also guitar playing for those unfamiliar with both the owner's last LP Third Man Records (his label) and there were issues of his time with Meg White in The White Stripes, "Hotel Yorba" and "We're Going to Be Friends ", from his more blues album" White Blood Cells ". Also classics like "My Doorbell" from "Get Behind Me Satan" and of course, the mega anthem "Seven Nation Army" of "Elephant" with which he closed the concert full of "lolololos" a Sunday when no one was without jumping, vibrate and enjoy at the height of indie, the closest thing there is today the old glories of rock n 'roll like Led Zeppelin authentic.Been a high-speed train called Jack White Barcelona Ladies and Gentlemen.

Matt Corby will live to Madrid
Matt Corby, one of our favorite songwriters, announced ahead of European tour in November / December this year. The Australian will go through the UK, France, Belgium and Spain ...! Surprisingly the creator of "Into The Flame EP" will perform on December 7 in the room Moby Dick Madrid. Tickets for this highly anticipated bolus will go on sale soon through Ticketmaster network and LiveNation.
Personally I think that the evening Madrid will be the best that we can enjoy the last stretch of the year. Listen 'Untitled', 'Brother' or 'Made Of Stone', with that attitude so close to what was heard in "Grace" by Jeff Buckley, can be an unforgettable experience. Not crazy we will miss this concert!
Remember that once we make a review / recommendation of "Into The Flame EP".

Bloc Party, distilling grunger in rock 'kettling' and 'Coliseum'
Bloc Party announce their reunion. Months later "Four" appears on the market. Fans go crazy and blogs / websites / European music magazines render all kinds of bows to the last (and final?) Disk Londoners. By now the LP has already been heard by all siblings, uncles, cousins, grandmothers!. But we, for reasons of fate, we had not yet fully embraced. Luckily last night we could redeem our sin, taking advantage of a free moment to sit down at the computer and, cigar in hand, get to enjoy the work of BP as best they deserve.
Only I could give it a listen yet so "Four" has left me a very good impression. Bloc Party seem to have managed to leave the brace that kept stylistically somewhat oppressed (and practically no crystalline those guitar riffs that characterized both) for themselves to opt for a more sound form chameleonic and versatile. Among the various new records band Kele Okereke has adopted for this occasion is that it approaches the grunger rock, with a dense and strong instrumental sound. Coincidentally the two disk star themes - 'Coliseum' and mainly 'kettling' - are those who identify fully with this avalanche sound that became popular in his day bands like Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden and Pearl Jam.
Here you have both versions of study as are enjoyed live (Pukkelpop and KCRW) two separate issues. So far I have seen live four times Bloc Party but I'm biting nails to see them again. This new (and partial) transformation of his personality is a blast.

"I'm waiting, calling to Polanski."
Exceptional opulently arranged hymns, electrifying atmosphere oscillating between the poles of melancholy and hope. You have Konstantin Gropper and his music project "Get Well Soon" laurels from the international music press, brought an invitation to the legendary Glastonbury Festival, chart success and tours of Europe. On 24 Published August with "The scarlet beast o 'seven heads" (City Slang), the third album of "Get Well Soon". Before the concert in Munich on 17 September at the Theatre Factory GWS mastermind Konstantin Gropper talks about expectations after the hype, the new album and his upcoming 30th Birthday.
Invitation to the Glastonbury festival, celebrated by the international music press as "German Wunderkind", chart hits, tours of Europe: Was it difficult after the hype, with the first album, "Rest now weary head. Get well soon! "Started from the expectation not to have to lose his cool, and how is it managed?I'd be lying if I said I could work without any expectation. To begin such an album costs as always overcoming something. But to meet expectations I do not see as an artistic task. Even if I wanted that, I could not do it. Because I can break even the head, how do I know what my audience expects from me? I'm here on my own. I do what I feel like and if it is still a few others interested in it beautifully. But it is also not always a lot of interest and maybe I will disappoint. But it has to be as good as he can make you free.
What was the most blatant hype moment? For me it was always a new experience, to get so much attention. I think I really realized that only when our first tour and we went off right at the first concert played to a full house. That was a strange moment. But of course, great.
Everything back to the beginning: What did approach and advance to the third Get-Well-Soon-album, there were differences in this regard to the two previous albums?Actually, the third album is almost equal emerged as the second. Only that my sound idea this time did not provide quite as big orchestration. Approx. 80 percent of albums continue to be produced as a home recording and single-handedly. Very late, I present the material to my musicians who then replace what I programmed with real instruments.
After a sort of fair scene with figures such as the director Werner Herzog and philosophers like Sencea including stoicism, which serve as the previous album "Vexations" as a referential base: What is this time of the "theme park", there is a central statements that behind "The scarlet beast o `seven heads" stuck?I believe that this album is my most personal. Is behind me noticed that I sing a lot more often in the first person as before. Musically, the album is definitely become my movie. There is lots of concrete soundtrack references and more than ever I have tried to create music with the images and scenes. The course can be different for every listener, because I want to pretend nothing. A few specific people come forward again, where I have served those biographies always been a metaphor. This approach I find simply very exciting.
Already predict whether, where and how your 30th Birthday is celebrated in late September?I celebrate my birthday in principle. Since I'm also in the round is no exception. I've got no money for my age. To me that's just not really matter.
Before the birthday kind Positioning: What does music mean to you, who made you particularly influenced?I'm doing what I love to do, and perhaps does best. For that I am grateful. Especially that there are always people out there that to me and do what I believe. Music for me has always issue number 1 Since I can remember. The formative role is there so my parents. Music has become my means of expression. No I can not.
How would probably run your own musical development without family and pop music academy? Other words, how important was this for Get Well Soon?GWS was certainly important that there were so many different musical influences for me. From a purely classical embossed childhood to Pop Academy. But I also believe that I have discovered so sooner or later as music for me. That's almost a philosophical question. Or a matter of destiny. Because I dare not ran. Anyway, I'm glad that it's so over.
Were there times headwind, doubts about the career as a professional musician, and how could these be overcome? So on a career as a professional musician, I still do not think so long. I have never since everything on this card. Maybe because I'm Schwabe. I was just lucky that it worked so quickly. I would not have the confidence they need for a lifetime of chasing a dream. As I said, I was just lucky.
Which highlights, lowlights have been particularly memorable?I am in my still quite short career actually pretty spoiled. Low points I can think of not many. The course will not go on forever. A highlight, however, is every time someone confidence in my artistic work has for. Be it record companies, directors and other artists.
Of Swabia, Erolzheim, it went on the Pop Academy in Mannheim to Berlin and now back to Mannheim. Were there, and if so, why these were respectively the right stations at the right time?As I said, I can not complain so far, so I'm assuming that it was the right stations. I think it is a great happiness "by the state" to come. I can not say exactly why, but there it is. In Mannheim, I could make music undisturbed - could not have done, there would be no GWS. And Berlin is probably important to distinguish themselves at the start of a career - as stupid as that sounds. But I have been there can make enormously important contacts.
What is the significance for Get Well Soon, the band has to Konstantin Gropper, consisting of family and friends?I think if it were not family and friends, even the trips would be impossible for me. This may sound corny, but to put themselves on a stage before an audience, I need that emotional support. Apart from the fact that you have to endure it for weeks in a confined space with one another.
Future Projects: Are there any plans for further collaboration with other musicians / bands or as recently amplified music for film commissions, what you like about the latter, with whom / for whom would you like to work?Currently I am working on my first project for the theater Schauspielhaus Frankfurt. It is a sort of musical comedy version of Bulgakov's "Master and Margaritha". In December's premiere. In between, we're still on tour extensively. My year is so full. And for next year are a few exciting collaborations planned. Still nothing saying Mature. I will certainly continue to make music. It's been a great job and has always been a dream of mine. I hope I get there continue to be offered exciting projects. The list of my desire directors is very long, but I do not want to sound presumptuous. Therefore, I will not mention any names and wait until Polanski calls.
Get Well Soon on 17 September at the Theatre Factory, tickets cost about 24 euros.

Goetz Alsmann with a new program in Munich, Paris
Goetz Alsmann a new program, "Paris" in the Prince Regent Theatre
Paris, the city lights on the Seine. Goetz Alsmann, the king of German jazz pop scene. How does this fit the two together? Well ... the perfectly perfect together! And you can convince them live on 03.10.2012, when Goetz Alsmann with his new program "Paris" in the Prince Regent Theatre in Munich as a guest. All the associations that evoke the great French chanson with us, all the capricious, bittersweet, melancholy, yet often carefree, almost childlike and joyful shouts, all this not out in each of us a sequence of images from old movies, postcards, show scenes that even or especially us have long since become commonplace for German?
Of course these are stereotypes, but despite all, Paris is just like that! The white, Goetz Alsmann. In his new program "Paris", he and his band will present a selection of major French chansons of the 30s to 60s - in German. The embodiments of the French jazz songs from the golden age of song along with the exotic and swinging sound of the ensemble Alsmann - c'est une truly irresistible blend!
And "Paris" offers even more: Götz Alsmann and his musicians complement the dance to their favorite songs to findings from the German Lieder fund, which give our eternal longing for the city on the Seine, according to her charm, her wit and her sentiment expressed.
The forthcoming album in October, "Goetz Alsmann in Paris" is not without reason, but it was ibid at historic sites, recorded in one of the oldest and most traditional studios in the city.

Hot Chip - Look At Where We Are
Hot Chip are back with their fifth album "In Our Heads", released in June. Now the video for "Look At Where We Are" has been released. The song is a ballad in a typical dreamy style Hot Chip at the guitar chords and synth beats Peel exactly in the right place in the sound mix. About all that is dominated by the soft and sad voice of singer Alexis Taylor. Hot Chip has played with it once again to the top of the list of my favorite artists and still manages to create this feeling goose bumps. I'm looking forward to the sixth album.

Roaring metaphysics
By dragging the California duo OM mantra grooves on his new album songs by various advaitic fog of spirituality. Doom metal, drone-intensity, Stoner Kratzigkeit, Hindu philosophy, Sufi mysticism, psychedelic-Jodorowsky and the search for knowledge contrasting influence, and tie themselves into a real masterpiece here!
It sounds as if Emil Amos arrived at OM. After the departure of Chris Hakius following, somewhat ailing 2009 album God Is Good, expresses the new drummer of the current work of the duo on his unmistakable stamp. OM now sound like a cross between SLEEP and GRAILS, the other two bands of Amos and Cisneros - and that's damn good!

Epithaph: The Rise and Fall of the Munich-based indie clubs
"Did
you see the stylish kids in the riot shovelled up like muck Set the
night on fire ..." - I would be tempted to write now, those were the
days. The fact that the Atomic will abort its tents and the cord includes club to open under new flag are not scandalous events. Instead, there are two perfect examples of cases of our time. We
never were seen closer to the absolute individualism as now, but it was
never too heavy, yet clear and differentiated range limits. Change
so that "the" two traditional Munich-based independent music clubs for
their program, or equally likely to change the front door, so no
surprise. Especially not those who have kept open in the last few months the ears and eyes in Munich nightlife. Also
true that Britpop and little sister are now firmly in the centermost
Independent Mainstream how Cordbetreiber A. Vulic on sueddeutsche.de
reveals, to anyone who reasonably clear understanding of the world is
hardly a novelty.
What the hardcore horror at Indieanern was great when the guys from Mando Diao or the Killers for the first time could be heard on Bayern 3! But how many die-hard indie fans if they do not accidentally dated from the first hour, had dealt with the beginnings? With traditional lines, the Swedish bands such as Mando Diao, The Hives, The Ark or even English Rotzbuben like the Libertines, The Stone Roses as dreamy combo or band fan wars like Oasis vs. Blur had produced? Everyone knew, of course, from Munich Indiefan by 2005 over a maximum of five corners of the Upper Bavarian guitarist of Franz Ferdinand, or at least his sister, his cousin, the cat or the neighbor's dog.

Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson on tour together at the zenith
Rob December ZombieMarilyn MansonIm come with Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson are the most eminent of shock rocker present together on tour in Germany. On 09/12/2012 they are in the Zenith in Munich on stage - at one of only two gigs in Germany (the other is a week there before in Bochum). Both artists have new albums in their luggage: Marilyn Manson is his eighth studio album, "Born Villain" live before, during Rob Zombie has released the album "Mondo Head Sex" early August, a remix album of his greatest hits. Both are already close friends and their fans an unforgettable evening at the zenith between brute rock, great pose, nasty goose bumps moments and an overwhelming show offer beyond convention.
Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson are exciting artists beyond the ordinary, always active in more than one art form in its overall design and unique pieces of real rock scene. Music, painting, film, literature, journalism: almost every form of expression used by these two exceptional talents to create a complex, total artistic image.
Marilyn Manson performs with his band since the late 80's an eclectic mix of hard rock, industrial and gothic and consolidated these ingredients into an Opus full theatricality and brutality, romance and political awareness, personal suffering and great rock art. The discovered Nine Inch Nails Trent Reznor-head singer with albums such as "Antichrist Superstar", "Mechanical Animals" and "The Golden Age Of Grotesque" already created a number of young classics that are among the most important works of the dark rock.
Rob Zombie is, however, the inspiration for his art than their own internal quarrels than from the world of comic books and horror movies. Now, even a well-known director of slasher and zombie films, which turned off the legendary movie "House Of 1000 Corpses" and a remake of "Halloween" is classic, music for Rob Zombie only one expression among many. He also draws comics, works as a film producer, composed the soundtrack for the computer game "Quake II" and directed a tribute album to the Ramones.
They also visit the concert by Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson on 09.12.2012 at Zenith in Munich.
